This policy applies to buyers, vendors, visitors, administrators, and business contacts who use Waaiso.com or interact with Waaiso services, including Packaging Industry Eco System listings, RFQs, quotes, subscriptions, verification, support, and communications.

• We collect data for clear platform, legal, security, billing, and service purposes.
• We aim to keep data accurate, relevant, and limited to what is needed for Packaging Industry Eco System operation.
• We use reasonable safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
• We retain data only as long as needed for business, legal, accounting, security, dispute, and audit purposes.

User rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, restrict, object to processing, request deletion, or request a copy of certain personal data. Waaiso may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

International users and transfers

Waaiso may support users from multiple countries. Data may be processed in India or other locations where Waaiso, hosting providers, payment partners, communication providers, or support services operate. We take reasonable steps to protect data when it is transferred or processed across borders.

Processors and service providers
