Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers for buyers, brands, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers using Waaiso for Packaging Industry Eco System discovery, RFQs, listings, and enquiries.
Getting started
What is Waaiso?
Waaiso is a Packaging Industry Eco System where buyers, brands, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers can discover each other, publish listings, send enquiries, and manage RFQ conversations.
Who can create an account?
Brands and buyers can register to find packaging products and suppliers. Business users can register as manufacturers, product suppliers, raw material suppliers, machinery suppliers, or specialist service providers.
Can visitors browse the Packaging Industry Eco System without logging in?
Visitors can open the Packaging Industry Eco System page, but listings are shown after login so enquiries, seller contact sharing, and Eco System activity stay connected to a verified account.
Packaging Industry Eco System
What can I find in the store?
The Packaging Industry Eco System includes packaging products, raw materials, packaging machinery, packaging services, testing and certification, barcode and traceability, design and printing, logistics and co-packing, software tools, maintenance, spares, and consumables.
Can all logged-in users view all listings?
Yes. Logged-in users can browse all approved Packaging Industry Eco System listings. The store can still be filtered by country, listing type, category, subcategory, industry, and search keywords.
Can a vendor order their own listing?
No. A vendor-owned listing is excluded from that vendor’s Packaging Industry Eco System view, and the order enquiry flow has an additional protection that blocks self-orders.
Does Waaiso process product payments?
Packaging Industry Eco System enquiries are sent to the seller, and the seller contacts the buyer directly. Waaiso does not process product or service payments inside the store enquiry flow.
RFQs and enquiries
What is an RFQ?
An RFQ is a request for quote. Buyers can describe packaging needs, quantities, delivery expectations, and product details so relevant business users can respond with quotes.
How are store enquiries different from RFQs?
A store enquiry starts from a specific listing. An RFQ starts from a buyer requirement and can receive responses from suitable vendors.
How do sellers get buyer details?
When a logged-in user sends a Packaging Industry Eco System enquiry, their registered contact details are shared with the seller so the seller can follow up directly.
Business listings
Who can publish listings?
Approved business users can create listings that match their registered supplier type and assigned Packaging Industry Eco System category.
Why are categories important?
Categories help buyers compare similar offerings and help sellers appear in the right searches. They also keep products, services, machinery, raw materials, and support solutions organized.
Can a business update its listing later?
Yes. Business users can manage their listings from the account dashboard, including product details, pricing, images, category details, and listing status.
Trust and support
Are businesses reviewed?
Business accounts can be reviewed by the Waaiso admin team, and verification status helps improve trust across Packaging Industry Eco System and RFQ workflows.
Where can I get help?
Use the Contact page or email support@waaiso.com with your registered email, account type, business name, and the relevant listing, RFQ, invoice, or order reference.
Still need help?
Send your account, listing, RFQ, subscription, or Packaging Industry Eco System question to the Waaiso team.
