Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what buyers, vendors, and visitors may and may not do when using Waaiso's Packaging Industry Eco System, RFQ, quote, listing, messaging, and account features.
Accurate information
Users must provide truthful account, business, product, service, pricing, certification, location, contact, and payment information. Misleading claims, fake listings, false certifications, and impersonation are not allowed.
Prohibited Packaging Industry Eco System activity
- Posting illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, restricted, stolen, or misleading products or services.
- Submitting spam RFQs, fake quote requests, abusive enquiries, or non-business solicitations.
- Using Waaiso to harass, threaten, discriminate, defame, or abuse another user.
- Manipulating ratings, verification status, business identity, quote prices, or Packaging Industry Eco System visibility.
- Sharing malware, harmful links, deceptive documents, or unauthorized promotional content.
Platform security
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, scrape data, overload systems, reverse engineer restricted features, interfere with platform operation, or misuse APIs, forms, uploads, emails, SMS, or payment workflows.
Buyer and vendor communication
Users should communicate professionally, respond honestly, protect confidential information, and avoid sharing another user's contact details, documents, pricing, or business information outside the intended transaction context.
Enforcement
Waaiso may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, cancel verification status, block RFQs or quotes, decline listings, or take other action if we believe this policy or applicable law has been violated.
Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse, fraud, spam, or unsafe activity to support@waaiso.com.
